Daily Maintenance Recommendations (Golden Rules)

Regular Checks:

Daily: monitor noise, vibration, temperature, and leaks.

Weekly/monthly: check oil level; clean the exterior and venthole.

 Change The Oil Regularly:

First oil change should be implemented after the initial 300 running hours to flush out wear metal particles.

Subsequent changes should be implemented every 3,000–5,000 running hours or annually (depends on the operating condition). Shorten the interval under heavy-duty or harsh environments.

Fastening Inspection:

Periodically inspect and retighten all bolts as needed.

 Maintenance Records:

Keep a logbook for each critical unit, recording oil changes, repairs, and any abnormalities, which helps with tracking and troubleshooting.
