We provide selection manuals, dimensional drawings, installation and maintenance manuals, certificates of conformity, material certificates, and inspection reports upon request.
4. Quotation & Commercial Support
We provide both indicative and formal quotations, along with full commercial support.

1. Order Confirmation & Review
Verify operating conditions, torque, ratio, mounting, motor match, and protection class after contract signing to avoid misselection.
2. Production Progress Tracking
We assign a dedicated contact for regular updates; provide photos/feedback at key milestones on request.

5. Packaging & Logistics
We provide export-standard wooden box with tray to ensure the product safety when shipping to avoid any risk.
We provide sufficient documents to support your import, including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading to secure the custom procedure.
1.Delivery Inspection
Assist with unpacking and verify model, quantity, appearance, and accessories. Promptly resend or process claims for any shipping damage or shortages.
2.Installation Guidance
Provide remote guidance on installation, alignment, lubrication, and coupling assembly. Onsite commissioning and alignment are available per contract (fee‑based or free).
3.Warranty & Exclusions
Standard warranty: 1 year or agreed term, covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects.
Exclusions (parts and labour charges apply): misuse, overload, wrong lubricants, unauthorised modification, oil shortage/water ingress, external damage, or improper selection. Wear parts (seals, gaskets, etc.) are not covered.
4.Emergency Repair
Technical contact within 2 hours; onsite engineer within 48 hours (depending on location). Emergency cases get priority handling and expedited spare parts to minimise downtime.
5.Maintenance & Follow‑up
Supply regular maintenance reminders and specifications (oil change intervals, grade, bearing care, seal checks). For large projects, offer periodic onsite inspections for leaks, unusual noise, or overheating. Also conduct regular phone and onsite follow‑ups to collect feedback and suggest improvements.
6.Spare Parts Supply
Always stock genuine standard parts (seals, bearings, gears, shafts, oil gauges, coolers).
